Gabrielle opened Grow in Motion in 2002 ten miles west of Chicago in Forest Park, Illinois. At that time, Grow in Motion offered both dance instruction, and expressive arts psychotherapy for a receptive audience. Gabrielle gained wide recognition in both areas and had deep community connections throughout Chicago and its outlying suburbs. After relocating to Michigan in 2007, Gabrielle continued to offer dance and psychotherapy until 2013. Since that time, she has focused exclusively on expanding her experience as a clinician in both the private and public sector.

Throughout her career, Gabrielle has focused on creating and maintaining connections with individuals, groups and community partners. She has collaborated with schools, businesses and agencies to share her expertise and bring valuable resources to vulnerable populations.
